TRANSCRIPTS


TO ALL APPLICANTS: Please send official copies of high school and/or college transcripts AFTER completion of your fall semester. These are requested by the student. It is YOUR responsibility to request transcripts; the Foundation will not request transcripts for you.

Official transcripts can be received either electronically from your school’s e-transcript service or sent hard copy via mail service. Official E-transcripts must be received by 11:59 PM on the 1st of April. Official hardcopy transcripts must be sent from your school (in a signed and sealed envelope) and postmarked No Later Than the 1st of April to Anchor Scholarship Foundation, 138 S. Rosemont Rd, Suite 206, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

  •  Send your entire official high school transcript(s) after completion of your 2nd quarter/fall semester. Either electronically or in hardcopy – see below for details.
      •  If you are dual enrolled in a college, please send your college transcripts as well, unless these courses are reflected on the High School transcript.
    •  Electronic official transcripts will only be accepted through a service, i.e. Parchment, that is used by your school.
    • Hardcopy official transcripts, must be mailed from the school in a signed and sealed envelope and accompanied by an OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST form completed by the registrar or your guidance counselor. This form can be found in the check list you downloaded or the following link:

COLLEGE FRESHMAN

  • Send your final high school transcript(s), either electronically or in hardcopy via your school’s transcript service.
      •  If you were dual enrolled in a college, please send your college transcripts as well, unless these courses are reflected on the High School transcript.
    • Electronic official transcripts will only be accepted through a service, i.e. Parchment, that is used by your school.
    •  Hardcopy official transcripts, must be mailed from the school in a signed and sealed envelope. As a graduate, you may not need to use the Official High School Transcript Request form. If needed it can be found in the check list you downloaded or the above link.
  • Send your entire official College transcript(s) after completion of your 2nd quarter/fall semester, either electronically or in hardcopy via your school’s transcript service.

COLLEGE SOPHOMORE/JUNIOR

  • Send your entire official College transcript(s) after completion of your 2nd quarter/fall semester, either electronically or in hardcopy via your school’s transcript service.

SPOUSES

  • If have less than 3 semesters of college, send your final high school transcript(s), either electronically or in hardcopy via your school’s transcript service.
      • If you were dual enrolled in a college, please send your college transcripts as well, unless these courses are reflected on the High School transcript.
    •  Electronic official transcripts will only be accepted through a service, i.e. Parchment, that is used by your school.
